Hirantha Perera

Mr. Hirantha Perera has over 25 years of experience in the field of banking, finance, insurance, compliance, and corporate law. He is an expert in civil and criminal litigation and, Mr. Perera has worked as a Chief Legal Officer in few companies in the Banking and Finance Industry of Sri Lanka.

His expertise in both Finance and Law has made him a unique personality in the industry as Mr. Perera is one of the very few persons to have such experience and knowledge of such.

Mr. Perera holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Open University of Sri Lanka and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Colombo. He is an Attorney at Law and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wolverhampton (UK). He is also a qualified banker and holds a diploma in strategic leadership from the Frankfurt School of Financial Management in Germany.
