Mr. Yenuka Geemal has already counted over eleven years corporate experience in the financial service sector and investment banking sector where he gathers exposure in the fields treasury and investment management, Investor relations and promotions, capital markets, equity research, financial analysis, and strategic planning. He is currently heading the treasury and investment functions in FIntrex Finance Limited.

Mr. Yenuka is a graduate in finance at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and CIMA (UK) passed finalist. He has completed a master’s in financial economics at the University of Colombo too.

Mr. Yenuka headed the treasury and investment functions of Sarvodaya Development Finance Plc (SDF) as one of the Key Management Personnel (KMP) of the company where he was able introduce their current second largest shareholder in a private placement and he managed all aspects of the IPO of SDF in 2021. He also managed treasury functions at Abans Finance Plc where he did the first internal securitization for them in 2019. He is recognized as a macro economic analyst by all the companies he worked with.
